Refund policy
Refund Eligibility
At HaloVivo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for refund unless defective
- Jewelry making supplies must be unopened and in original sealed packaging
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personalized or custom jewelry pieces
- Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance"
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a return request
- You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible
- Ship the package to the address provided (return shipping is customer's responsibility)
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- For defective or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs
Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
International Returns
For international customers:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase
- Exchange rate differences are not refundable
