Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items with original packaging. Jewelry making supplies must be unopened. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
How do exchanges work?
For size or style exchanges, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for your preferred item. We'll process your refund once we receive the returned merchandise.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
